You’re the woman who has carried more than anyone knows.

You show up. You pour out. You love deeply and keep going long after your strength runs thin.

When Rest Is Out of Reach, This Is For You

Welcome.
I’m Megan.

I believe the way we attach, the way we learned to survive, and the stories we tell ourselves about our worth quietly shape every relationship we touch, including the one we have with ourselves.

I also believe healing is possible.

My life has been anything but linear or polished. It has been shaped by abortion recovery, sexual abuse, codependency, emotional and relational trauma, abandonment, single motherhood, and the complex beauty of a blended family.

For years, I loved harder than I loved myself. I poured myself empty trying to keep everyone happy.

I stayed quiet to keep the peace.

I lost my voice in the process.

Healing didn’t happen overnight.

It came through truth telling, counseling, faith, deep inner work, and learning where I ended and others began. It came through choosing again and again not to carry what was never mine to hold.

Today, I help women do the same.

Whether I’m speaking on a stage, supporting school communities, guiding women in safe spaces, or writing about the messy middle of healing, my mission remains the same. To help women stop people pleasing, heal codependency, reclaim their worth, and build relationships rooted in security rather than survival.

I’m not here with quick fixes or surface inspiration. I’m here for the deeper work. The work that restores, reconnects, and brings women home to themselves.

My Mission

I help women heal, reconnect, and rise through real talk, practical tools, honest guidance, and healing rooted in connection… not perfection.
